Works on your phone too

You can now help your customers on the go with FactBranch. Our app loads in your mobile Gmail app so you can reply to emails even when you're away from your computer.

Our app in mobile Gmail works exactly like the app in your desktop Gmail. Display the same data out of the box without any additional configuration. Our app is simply available in your Gmail app on your phone and opens when you open an email - just like on your computer.

Building with FactBranch is easy

In most cases building with FactBranch doesn't require any coding and building out a first version will only take you a few minutes.

Whether you're displaying customer data in one of our apps or want to synchronize data between your data silos, you always start with a simple data pipeline and add nodes which run your queries against your data source.

Step 1

Connect FactBranch to your data source or multiple data sources. This could be your SQL database, a spreadsheet in Google Sheets, or any RESTful API.

Step 2

Create a Flow: A Flow gets triggered either by one of our apps, or use FactBranch as a webhook and trigger the Flow from another service.

Step 3

Add nodes to your Flow. These nodes fetch data from your data source or write data back to a data source. You can add SQL nodes, spreadsheets and API endpoints. Or link to another Flow that only runs when a condition is met. In your nodes you can access incoming parameters and use them in your queries by inserting placeholders.

Step 4 (optional)

If you want to display data somewhere - either in one of our apps or on a webpage - you add a display-node as the final node of the Flow. Our template generator will help you create beautiful und informative data displays. You can always customize the templates using HTML and a Liquid-style templating language.

Build powerful data pipelines

FactBranch's data pipelines are the easiest way to connect multiple data sources. Query your database, APIs or spreadsheets. Either use a single source or collect data from multiple sources. Write your results to another API or display them in one of our apps.

Whatever you're building, with our visual flow editor it takes seconds and no coding is required.

Privacy & Security

Here are the three key features of our privacy and security strategy. First of all, we minimize the amount of data we store. The little data we have to persist is treated as securely as possible. And finally, we strive to align this with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

We don’t store or cache your data

At FactBranch, we believe that your data is your data and nobody else's. That's why we don't store or cache any of your data by default. Only if you explicitly activate “record requests”, will we record data that passes through FactBranch.

GDPR & CCPA ready

The core design of FactBranch makes it easy to comply with data privacy laws. Should you be subject to GDPR or CCPA, we provide documents like a list of sub-processors and a data processing agreement. Learn more about how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

Hosted on Google Cloud Infrastructure

FactBranch is committed to providing the highest level of privacy and security for our customers. That's why we've chosen to host on Google Cloud. Not only is all data encrypted at rest and in transit, it is also distributed for availability and reliability. Google Cloud’s processes undergo independent audits, including ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018/27701 and SOC 1/2/3.
